Terms of delivery and payment

Prices

All prices include 20 % VAT. We reserve the right to change prices. We also reserve the right to change the possibilities for delivery. Complaints within 8 days after receiving the goods written. Redelivery only on conslutation with us. Costs for redeliveries have to be paid by the costumer.

Terms of payment:

First deliveries are paid cash on delivery or 10 days net cash without any rebate.

Forwarding Expenses:

Usual costs are charged. Orders with an amout of 110,-- EUR or more are free of forwarding expenses. (For foreign countries postage is divided).

Time of delivery:

Goods on hand are delivered on the same day, goods we have not stored could take up to 4 weeks, that's because we also have small publishers in our offer. Goods are our property until total payment. Any disputes araising hereunder will be settled before the Gmunden court of law (Upper austria)
